Reporting a problem with a tool

It helps if you tell us:

• which tool, and what you were trying to do
• your browser and device (for example, "Safari on iPhone 15" or "Chrome on Windows")
• the type of image you used (JPG, PNG, HEIC…) and roughly how big it was

Please don't attach the photo itself unless we ask. We don't need it to fix most problems.

Suggesting a tool

We're adding tools based on what people ask for. If there's a profile picture job you do often that should be quicker, tell us about it.
